Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. How we protect your data
- Our website is equipped with top-level protection in order to protect your personal data, which is securely stored and we do not have direct access to it. As for this time, we do not directly have any methods of transactions online which will require you to fill-in sensitive information such as credit/debit card, your address and more.
- We value your trust in providing us with your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
What data breach procedures we have in place
- Our website data is stored securely on BigScoots, managed WP hosting solutions, and the safety of your data depends on our website security and their hosting security. Although there is no guarantee on the internet and/or on any webpage around the world that your personal data may not be potentially breached, in the less-likely event this happens, we will do our best to secure it by taking the website offline and declining any external access to the website until either the website breach or the hosting breach has been solved.
- Although it may not be the perfect procedure to have in place (as we may not have your email address to notify you about any breach in security – which in case we have your email address, we will notify you in the maximum time of 72 hours from the breach), it is better than the 99.9% of other website data breach procedures. We are also monitoring daily the data to prevent any breaches.
What third parties we receive data from
- We do not actively receive any of your personal data from any external third parties other than the analytical data disclosed above.
What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data
- We have no automated decision making or profiling.
